Does it block all noise?
No. It softens and muffles loud sounds so they feel less sharp, but your dog can still hear. Paired with a calm space and your company, it takes the edge off.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure around the widest part of your dog's head, over the ears, and use the size guide. Between two sizes? Choose the smaller one.
My dog doesn't like things on its head. Will this work?
Start on a quiet day. Put it on for a minute or two with treats, then slowly make sessions longer. Most dogs settle in after a few tries.
Can my dog wear it overnight or alone?
Please don't. Use it only while you're supervising, and take it off once things are quiet again.
Can my dog eat and drink while wearing it?
Yes. The face stays open, so eyes, nose and mouth are free.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and let it air dry.
